Change requests

Historical notes captured at the time of specific platform changes. Once a change has shipped and its rules have stabilised, the canonical home for those rules is the relevant feature page in /business-logic/ (e.g. Currency, Logbook).

Pages here are kept for context but should not accumulate new content — file new change-requests under the relevant feature page instead. This section is, in effect, an archive.
