Each runbook follows the same shape: what triggered the task, every step in order, how to verify, and (where it matters) how to roll back.

Adding a runbook
When you do an operational task that took more than one step and involved more than one system, write it down here. Future-you (and the rest of the team) will thank you. The barrier to a useful runbook is much lower than the barrier to ideal documentation — something concise and accurate beats nothing.
