Integrations

External systems the platform connects to. Each integration has two doc surfaces:

• Technical integration notes here under /integrations/<provider>/ — how we connect, what data flows, what fails when.
• Audience-level intro under /overview/<provider>/ — what the integration is for, who it serves.
• Business rules under /business-logic/integrations/<provider>/ — the rules our platform applies to data flowing in or out.

• Fuzemetrix — booking-system integration. Also see Overview and Business logic.
• Convergence — see Overview. Technical integration notes haven’t been written yet; add a page under /integrations/convergence/ when there’s enough to document.
• Tunn3l — see Overview. Same — promote to a full technical integration page when warranted.
